This is a clinical study of 32 cases with subdural effusion who has been admitted to Severance hospital from Jan. 1966 to Dec. 1975. And following result has been obtained. 1. Epidermoids are cystic masses originated from ectoderm, lined mith stratified squamous epithelium and filled with keratin, cellular debris, and cholesterol crystals.
